We are all grateful that the weather is warmer and boys can spend more time outside. Just a reminder from the Parent Handbook:

Students are to remain outside until 8:25 a.m. and should not enter the school prior to that time. After-school formal supervision ends at 3:45 p.m. There is no formal supervision after that time.”

PASSION PROJECT SHOWCASE RECAP – THANK YOU to all parents and extended family who were able to join us March 13, 2019 and toured the amazing Passion Project Fair! The boys were so excited to talk about why they picked their topic and tell anyone who would listen all about it. An incredible amount of work went into these projects. Special thanks to Kim Pirie for her vision on this activity and our faculty for the guidance they gave the boys to make this a reality.
Be sure to read the full article and view the photos in our latest news post on the website.
TERM 3 CURRICULUM – The Term 3 Curriculum document is complete. Curriculum files for all three terms this year are now available in the PARENTS section of the website under ACADEMICS.
On June 1, 2019, hundreds of Calgarians (including you we hope!) will come to North Point and shop at the small businesses managed by our young entrepreneurs, aged 6-14. “Boys in Business” has quickly become one of Canada’s largest children’s business fairs. The annual Business Fair is a high-visibility community event and key North Point School tradition – participate now to be part of this legacy!
PARENTS/STUDENTS – We have compiled the key information to plan for this event in one easy location. Here you can find the Information Package for Students and Parents with guidelines, online business plan for students, video resources, FAQ’s and more. Access these resources in this PDF document HERE. A printed copy of this document has also being sent home with students.
SPONSORS/DONORS – This annual event is made possible by the generous support of our sponsors, supporting donors and volunteers. YOU CAN HELP! As a parent, you can help us by getting involved.

– Become or solicit a Supporting Donor
If you work for a company with a community grant program tell them about our Fair. If you know of a potential sponsor or supporting donor send them our sponsorship package. Cash donations are eligible for a tax receipt, and can be designated towards specific aspects of this annual event.
