Hard to believe we only have two weeks left of school in 2018-19! This is the final push on academics with PAT exams, Navigators Sports Day (and crowning of the 2018-19 squad of the year), final Town Hall and of course our annual Awards Night on June 20. Hope to see you all there!
** UNIFORM FITTING DAYS – We invite all families to drop by on June 10 and 11 for uniform fitting. You can check out what sizes you need for next year and place orders for uniform items. They will be delivered in August prior to the start of 2019-20 school year. See below for exact schedule.
** ANNUAL SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT & FATHER’S DAY CELEBRATION #northpointdads – We invite all fathers (or step/grand-dads!) to join us for an afternoon of fun on June 14 with your son on the diamonds. Play some softball, share a few laughs and some (root) beers and more. Please let us know if you can make it so we can do some planning. THANKS TO THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY RSVP’d. Use the link below to RSVP if we haven’t heard from you yet.
** PAT EXAMS – Students in Grade 6 and 9 will write PATs June 17-20. You can view the schedule and general information about school attendance on those days HERE.

On May 30th, North Point Parent Council and Friends of North Point Society were to hold their last monthly meeting for the 2018-2019 school year and hold an AGM to elect the next Council. We did not meet quorum for attendance and therefore could not hold our meetings (as stipulated in the by-laws).
We will hold an AGM in September in hopes of filling these positions again. Please consider becoming a part of this Council. We meet once a month to discuss upcoming activities and where we able to support the teachers and students of our school.
Correction: At the May 24 track meet Evan D. and Rowan A. both qualified in the top 8 to move on to the finals round of that track meet. In that finals round they finished 5th and 6th, just out of the cut-off to make the May 30 Championship Meet. This is both Evan and Rowan’s first time participating in Discus in a track meet. Congratulations boys!
Each month, Ms. Quinn keeps a tally on the good deeds and sportsman conduct during Physical Education classes.
