North Point School and Roots 2 STEM are pleased to announce an exciting option for students who would like to gain more experience and knowledge in the field of engineering. The Roots 2 STEM Engineering Academy begins in October 2017 as an after-school program. This program is open to boys and girls ages 10-13 years old.
Interested in engineering? This course is perfect for students who seek more experience and knowledge in the field of engineering. For the duration of the 10 class course, students will experience building several projects with electronics, microprocessors, 3D printers, mechanical systems, Computer Aided Manufacturing systems, coding and a whole lot more. This course includes more science and math as well as learning to apply this knowledge.
