Action Options

The Gr. 6-8s have been taking advantage of the nice weather by walking over to the ODR (Outdoor Rink)  during their Phys. Ed. class for some skating and boot shuffling. However, the skating and outdoor gym had the Gr. 6-8 Action/Outdoor Education Option went to the Calgary Climbing Centre to learn all about climbing, belaying and rappelling including the equipment and commands used. The boys took turns belaying each other and the staff at the Climbing Centre were impressed with the Responsibility our students displayed. The boys all loved it and were already asking to go back on the way home.
